- First, we will make you aware of the dry times and mark off areas to avoid walking on or near. However, you need to make sure you communicate these to children or pets. Usually the concrete will dry too fast for foot prints but you wouldn't be the first one with a gorgeous new patio covered in Fifi's paw prints.
- Secondly, please follow our instructions for wet curing if the situation requires it. You may need to turn on a sprinkler to wet down the surface.
- Third, please do not rush the dry-times on your new concrete product. Our decorative concrete products are meant to last a lifetime and premature use can irreparably damage the surface or integrity of the concrete.
- Fourth, your drying timeline for use could be anywhere between 24 hours and a month, and this will depend on what you will be using it for. Most concrete surfaces can be carefully walked on after 24 hours, but you won't want to drive your car onto the new concrete slab for up to a month! Again, please ask us any questions regarding time frames and we will make sure you have enough information to properly care for your decorative concrete creation for years to come.
